Stanley H. Molotsky
President & CEO
Stanley H. Molotsky has been in the financial services industry since 1958, celebrating his 50th year in 2008. He currently serves as the President & CEO of The SHM Financial Group, a full-service financial planning firm. Stan focuses on financial planning, wealth protection, tax minimization and pre and post retirement planning.
Stan, along with a group of investors, founded the First Colonial National Bank, located in Collingswood, NJ. He currently serves on the Board of Directors. Stan has taught numerous financial planning adult education courses throughout South Jersey and Pennsylvania. Stan created and co-hosted the first live TV show about financial planning in the Delaware Valley, called Managing Your Money. He currently co-hosts THE MOLOT$KY MONEY HOUR, a LIVE weekly financial radio-show, every Monday 10:00am - 11:00am on 1540 WNWR-AM Philadelphia and 1160 WOBM-AM Ocean/Monmouth Counties. Stan and his wife, Sharon, reside in Cherry Hill, NJ. They have two sons, Lee and Brad. Stan enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren.

Lee S. Molotsky
Managing Partner
Lee S. Molotsky has been working in the financial services industry since 1984. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and started his career as an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Lee is the managing partner of The Molotsky Tax Advisory Group LLC, a Fee-Based Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Lee has authored articles for local publications regarding investment and financial planning topics.

Lee and his wife, Debbie, reside in Cherry Hill, NJ. In his leisure time Lee enjoys squash, tennis, basketball, skiing and golf.

Josh Reisman, CRPC is a Senior Vice President of the The Molotsky Tax Advisory Group, LLC, our Fee-Based, Registered Investment Advisor. Having earned the College of Financial Planning’s Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, drawing on over 25 years of investing experience, and having served many of the world’s leading financial institutions, Josh now serves both private, retail clients, non-profit organizations and their professional advisors. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Global Wealth Management group, qualified as a PIA Portfolio Advisor. Josh helps clients and their professional advisors to analyze situations, portfolios, wealth management or income goals and realistically how to achieve them within each client’s time horizons and realistic risk tolerance.
Clients enjoy Josh’s objective and compassionate approach to Broker-Independent Investment Policy, Strategy Review, Retirement Income Planning, Wealth Preservation, Wealth Transfer, Asset Allocation, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Analysis and Rebalancing, and other Investment Advisory Services. It is essential to note that when Investment Advisory Services are performed as a fee-based, FIDUCIARY, our duty is to put client interests before our interests. Josh enjoys working in this environment where client interests come first, advice is independent of the investment broker, and clients enjoy the safety of 3rd-party custody.
In the local community, Josh is an active, enthusiastic volunteer and serves on the Board of multiple non-profit organizations. In 2009, the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey honored Josh with the Shelly Greenspun Young Leadership Award. Josh and his wife Erica have enjoyed residing in Cherry Hill for over 20 years and are fortunate to have 2 wonderful school-aged children.
